DATA PROTECTION POLICY

ERDA (The Company) considers it their prime objective to guarantee the privacy and confidentiality of all personal information received from customers from any system that permits transmission of data and manifest their desire to comply with the regulations established in the Organic Law 15/1999, of 13th December, pertaining to Data Protection of Personal Information (BOE 14/12/1999).

I. Company details.

The Company has a registered address at Calle Lerez 3, Madrid 28002, Spain and their company tax code is A28259661. The Company own all files to which personal data is added and is responsible for the maintenance of these.

II. Quality of data

The personal data which forms part of the files of The Company are relevant and used strictly for the specific object for which they were acquired. The Company guarantees the technical and organisational measures necessary for the security and integrity of the personal data contained in the files avoiding any; loss, unauthorised alteration, maintenance or access, taking into consideration the state of technology, the nature of the stored data and the risks to which it is exposed, coming from human action or by physical or natural means.

III. Purpose of data

The gathering and automated maintenance of Personal Data is used:

• To maintain contractual relations established between the owner of the data and The Company.
• By implementation, maintenance and procedure of any relationships maintained between The Company and the owner of the data; commercial, administrative, financial, working, personnel, marketing, formative and any other services provided, could be sought, from The Company´s data, by the owner.
• To send technical, operative, publicity and promotional information relating to services provided by The Company, as well as market research.
• In the maintenance of data for statistical, historical or scientific purposes. In no case will they be used for anything other than the purpose for which they were acquired.

The owners of personal data on the file of The Company (expressly, precisely and unmistakably) accept the knowledge that their data is incorportated in a file which is the property of The Company, destined to be maintained by them as previously mentioned in Section III and which is appropriate, relevant and necessary for the purpose for which it was acquired and therefore give their consent for this maintenance.

V. Surrender of data

The Company will not inform any third party about personal information, unless the communication has the purpose of complying with aims directly relative to the legitimate duties of the conveyor of the cessionary or the owner has granted his/her consent to the said effect or when the cession is authorised by Law.

VI. Right of access, alteration, cancelation and disagreement of information.

The user will be able to exercise his/her right of access, alteration, cancelation and disagreement of his/her information by contacting The Company at Calle San Pedro 22, Benidorm 03501. Anything that is not expressly indicated in this document The Company submits to what is stipulated by current legislation referring to this material.
